Rexy joined Advantage Accounting as an apprentice in 2018 and has grown with the firm to become Payroll Manager, leading the payroll team and ensuring everything runs smoothly and compliantly for a wide range of clients.

With a passion for numbers and people, she’s built a strong foundation through her Higher National Certificate in Accounting, AAT Diploma in Professional Accounting, and CIPP Advanced Practitioner Certificate in Payroll. These qualifications, combined with her years of hands-on experience, mean Rexy brings both technical know-how and a personal touch to every aspect of payroll management. She’s known for her attention to detail, friendly communication, and ability to make even complex payroll matters easy to understand.

A lover of office pranks and always ready for a photo-op, Rexy keeps the workplace lively. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, makeup, live gigs, and spoiling her two cats. Known for being as approachable with payroll questions as she is with fashion tips, Rexy brings expertise, style, and a playful spirit to everything she does.
