Rachael joined Advantage Accounting as a Trainee Payroll Assistant in 2021, after graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with an Upper Second-Class Honours Degree in International Business.

Rachael is currently a Payroll Senior at Advantage Accounting, drawing on her nine years of experience in customer service. Her main responsibilities include processing client payrolls, handling client pension uploads, addressing all client queries, and managing general payroll administration to ensure compliance with Auto Enrollment legislation.

She is also in her final year of pursuing a Payroll Management Degree with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
