Maria Trainer joined Advantage Accounting as an Accounts Assistant in August 2022, after completing a HND from the City of Glasgow College in 2021 with an AAA in Accounting.

Maria is actively working towards becoming a member of the ACCA and is currently sitting for her Applied Skills level exams.

At Advantage Accounting, her primary responsibilities include assisting our Accounts Seniors with monthly bookkeeping using the firm’s cloud accounting systems, such as Xero and FreeAgent, as well as producing annual accounts.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys baking and figure skating.
