Academically, Rachael holds an Upper Second Class Honours Degree in International Business, along with a Payroll Management Degree from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals. Her strong educational background, combined with hands-on experience, makes her a trusted expert in all things payroll from compliance to complex queries.
