One of our clients is a very busy and successful West End Restaurant. As is such with this type of business their focus is on running the restaurant and they are just too busy to look after their own finances and the attached paperwork.

We offered them the option to outsource the entire Finance function to us – this service has given them the time to concentrate on their core business but also take the management of their finances to the next level.

We provide the following end to end service;

  • We provide a personal collection service from the clients premises where we will pick up books and records to save our client time and effort,

  • We undertake, on our clients behalf, all bookkeeping and payroll duties and  in addition we also have responsibility for processing wages and supplier payments.

  • We prepare VAT Returns, year end accounts and tax returns, managing, on behalf of the client, all deadlines and payment dates.

  • We manage the business cash flow and manage creditors where appropriate.

  • We prepare a weekly KPI report showing cost of sale and profitability per menu item and purchasing trends.
