We were approached by a large Civil Engineering company who required a quick set up due to an impending contract due to start. The Directors were fully focused on ensuring they had the necessary plant and staff in place to meet the contract requirements so the full company start up process was passed to ourselves.

  • We provided advice on the company structure and shareholding to the directors and with their agreement set up the company, registered the company for VAT, PAYE and gross status for CIS.
